| The 2011 Townhome roofing project will commence shortly and will encompass the next "worst case" buildings that were identified by their repair history and visual inspection. The next buildings re-roofed will also receive PVC coated aluminum Capping of Fascia’s, Roof rakes, Soffits, Box Beams & Overhangs along with replacement of the old 5 inch gutters and down-spouts with 6 inch for more rainwater handling capability. The units affected will be notified in advance. The 2011 Garden Style Siding & Roofing project will also commence shortly and will also include "worst case" buildings. The units affected will also be notified in advance. Please note that, whether your unit has the new vinyl siding, T-111 wood siding or aluminum siding, violations for improperly affixing anything to siding will be strictly enforced, fines will be levied and items will be removed. You will be assessed for the cost of repairing the damaged siding. |
