Community Associations are unique entities, and the Boards that lead
them fill unique roles.
- Community association boards consist of individuals elected to
represent and protect the best interest of their members. All
Woodlake owners join the association when they purchase their
home, and agree in law and are required to follow the rules and
guidelines set by the Governing Documents.
- Community Associations are entities whose Board Members are
morally and legally obligated to maintain the value of a jointly
owned asset by operating the association, maintaining the
common property, and enforcing the governing documents.
